Microwave Batch System

The first system has a 45kW isolated output, which is fed into a dual feed multimode applicator. Both the generator and applicator are of stainless steel construction. This system could be used for a number of applications such as tempering, drying and heating of a wide variety of substances and products.

Operation

With the generator in the ready state, the product is loaded

Close the door

Set the timer

Press the start button

The door will open at the end of the cycle

Remove processed product

The second system has a 30kW isolated output, which is fed into a dual feed multimode applicator. The generator is of mild steel construction and applicator is made of stainless steel. This system like the one described above could be used for a number of applications such as tempering, drying and heating of a wide variety of substances and products. A Mitsubishi PLC looks after the control of this system, which incorporates a touch screen HMI. The convenience of a recipe system is also available to speed production changes up.
